I don’t know if “lost” is really the appropriate term for this strip. That’s not true, I’m positive it isn’t the right term. I knew where it was the entire time and I know why I never ran it. But lost is far more interesting than “abandoned.”

Sometimes, strips just don’t work out. Sometimes I write a strip, it seems all well and good in Microsoft Word, so much so that I commit to it and I draw up the art. In this case, I got as far as getting ready to letter it before I realized that I just didn’t like it. I didn’t think it was that funny, I felt like I was rushing it and decided to just not put it out there. Nothing was better than running this.

Maybe I was wrong. Who knows. What I’m showing you here is the finished artwork without the finished dialogue, because, like I said, I ended up not liking it. So, maybe we can have some fun with this and you can take a stab at writing in your own dialogue. If it works, I’ll letter it up and add it to the official archive and give you the writing credit.

Sounds like fun, right? I mean, one kind of fun. It’s not fun like Slip’n'Slide or karate class… anyway, take a shot! Write up some dialogue and leave it in the comments section either here or at the “Stick-Man” Facebook Fan Page
